Champagne to Provence 2008
This is a 20 day guided motorhome holiday visiting the wine areas of Eastern France - Burgundy, Macon, Chablis, Côtes du Rhone, Châteauneuf-du-Pape and Champagne. This holiday starts on 10th May 2008.
Highlights:
- Burgundy - for an organised tasting of wines by a local wine merchant.
- Macon - a two night stay at a famous vineyard with the opportunity to taste and buy the wines of the area.
- Avignon - camping opposite the famous bridge. During the stay you will visit Chateauneuf du Pape, to taste some fabulous wines and have lunch.
- Fleurie (Beaujolais)
- Chablis
- Epernay - tour and tasting at a famous champagne house.

St Emilion, Loire Valley and Languedoc
This is a 21 day gastronomic, wine and cultural tour visiting the wine areas of Western France - Loire, Cognac, St Emilion, Languedoc, as well as Chartres Cathedral. This holiday starts on 7th June 2008.
Highlights:
- Loire Valley - for a tasting at a famous wine merchant with perhaps a surprise. Camping at Bourgueil in time for the weekly market and a visit to the wine museum.
- Cognac - where we will stop over at a beautiful farm to taste Cognac and other local produce.
- St Emilion - tour of this picturesque town, followed by lunch in a square with a spectacular view overlooking the Dordogne Valley. Trip to a local Chateau.
- Gaillac - meet the vigneron who will take great pride in showing us round and we will, of course, taste his wines followed by a farmhouse dinner with more wine in a superb location.
- Pézenas - five days in this beautiful medieval town, where you will enjoy dinner in a Renaissance courtyard, have a trip out to a nearby harbour for a seafood lunch and visit an abbey full of wine!
- Chartres - a guided tour of the famous Cathedral by one of the world's experts, followed by dinner in the shadows of the Cathedral.
