Welcome to our holidays page

Everyone is different, and wants different things out of their holiday. For holidays in the UK we don't offer any fixed packages or tours. Instead, we have listed a number of things to see and do while you are here, together with a nearby, recommended touring site for accommodation. You can use these ideas just to help you plan your own trip, or you can tell us what you would like to see and do, and we'll book all the sites for you. This service is absolutely FREE if you are hiring your motorhome from us. You will simply pay whatever the campsite charges, and if we can get a discount for you, so much the better!

The campsites we have recommended are not ones of which we have any personal experience, but have been chosen for their proximity to the attraction you are visiting, the facilities on offer and the reviews of the site posted by recent visitors. Sometimes the site is within a short walk of the attraction, sometimes a few miles away. In either case, we feel sure your stay will be a happy one. We have grouped the attractions into the following headings. Click on one that interests you. We feel sure that you will be staggered by the number of amazing places to visit, of which our selection is only a small sample. Further ideas for places to visit can be found on our links page.

	Castles and Cathedrals. All of the cathedrals and many of the castles are still in daily use. They form a valuable focus not only for the many visiting tourists, but also for the communities, and sometimes regions, in which they are located.
	Palaces and Stately Homes. These amazing buildings give us a fascinating glimpse into the lives of royalty and aristocracy - not only the magnificent houses they live in, but also their lifestyles, and the fabulous wealth which makes it all possible. Many have important collections of artistic treasures.
	Heritage sites. Many of the sites listed have great historical importance.
	Golf. The UK has some of the best golf courses in the world, used for many international tournaments. If you are into golf and fancy a round on one of these amazing courses, have a look here for some ideas.
	Walking. Whether you are into the challenges of the high peaks, or prefer the gently rolling hills of the South Downs you will encounter some wonderful scenery. There is a delightful camaraderie among walkers, which ensures you will make new friends along the way.
	Theme Parks. Ideal for a day off from the sight-seeing, or just to keep the kids amused!
